Many Android smartphones come with battery optimization features aimed at extending device battery life. However, these features often restrict app activity in the background, which can affect the performance of certain apps like Algosone. To ensure optimal functionality, it's important to disable battery optimization specifically for Algosone. Below are instructions tailored for various Android devices:

Google Pixel:

  • Android 11:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Navigate to Apps and notifications > Advanced > Special app access > Battery optimization > All Apps > Algosone.a

  3. Check if Algosone is optimized. If yes, select ‘Don't optimize’.

  • Android 12:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Select Apps > See all apps > Algosone > Battery.

  3. Choose 'Unrestricted'.

Samsung:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Go to Applications.

  3. Tap the three-dot menu (top right corner).

  4. Select Special Access > "Optimize Battery usage" > "Apps not optimized".

  5. Find Algosone on the list and ensure it is not selected.

Huawei:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Select "Apps" > "Advanced" > "Ignore optimizations".

  3. Press "Allowed" and select "All apps".

  4. Find Algosone on the list and set it to "Allow".

Huawei P30 or P30 Pro:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Select "Battery" > "App launch" > Algosone.

  3. Toggle "Manage automatically" to "Manage manually".

  4. Ensure "Auto-launch", "Secondary Launch", and "Run in background" are toggled on.


MIUI:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Navigate to Additional Settings > Battery & performance > Manage apps' battery usage.

  3. Choose Algosone and ensure it is not optimized for battery usage.

Sony:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Select "Battery" > (...) menu > "Battery optimization".

  3. Select Apps > Algosone.

LG:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Go to "Battery & power saving" > "Battery usage" > "Ignore optimizations".

  3. Turn on to ignore battery optimization for Algosone.

One Plus:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Select "Battery" > "Battery optimization".

  3. Switch to the "All apps list".

  4. Choose Algosone and select "Don’t optimize".


Motorola:

  1. Open your phone Settings.

  2. Select "Battery" > Tap the menu in the top right corner.

  3. Select "Battery optimization" > "Not optimized" > "All Apps".

  4. Find Algosone on this list and choose "Don’t Optimize".

  5. Additionally, ensure Battery Saver Mode is turned off.
